Almost-year-end Shopping

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

This is my favorite market!

It's always nice to be back home.

And Okayama

It's rather HOT!

The sky is clear and full of sunshine.

THIS is what I was expecting to go down! (in Japan, we say "go west")

Fine in Kyoto!

And Osaka.

How interesting!!!

It's so=?iso-2022-jp?B?GyRCIUQbKEI=?=

white!

Even though we're heading south!?!?

wow!

snow!

(Gifu pref.)

Lunch time

No relation to the nenu. (lol)

It's just "EKIBEN" lunch time as passing Nagoya to Kyoto.

The lake Hamanako

My favorite dish "eel".
The lake Hamanako is the most famous eel farm(?) place in Japan.

You can eat very good and tasty eel here!

Shizuoka pref.

It's famous for greentea.

There are many greentea bush here and there!

But can't smell any in NOZOMI, the super exp. (lol)

Though I don't know whether tea leaves smell in the air or not!?

Traveling to the west!

Just passing the Mt.Fuji.

Sorry about the fuzzy photo of my sell phone!

It really was a close shave!

Today I took B.B. to the vet.
And the vet said, it came within a hairbreadth of the marrow. OMG!

B.B. will take powdered medicine twice a day for 6 days from today.

I shouldn't have made him enter the A.W.I.-Japan 9th Heat Discdog Game yesterday!!!

I feel terrible for him.
I am so sorry, B.B.

Truly sorry, B.B.

B.B. used to have a pair of nice and long, shiny white fangs.
We brush them to keep away from plaque buildup every night and it's perfectly working, well, it was, I mean... until today's afternoon.

Today, we were practicing discdogging as usual in a small park for the A.W.I. Japan 9th Heat on tomorrow in Chiba Port Park.
We like the place and use it often as our "home".
The ONLY thing that was not the usual was the frisbee's size.
We usually use 160 size frisbees but many senior players around us advised to use bigger sizez IF we're serious about winning a game.
In spite of all the great player's advices, we couldn't change the size of the disc we're using because of the image of our dog and considering damages of what it cause to our small poodles.

BUT!

May be tempted by an evil spirit, today I picked up a 215 size frisbee and throw it to B.B. which my discdogging partner.
He ran at the disc as usual and made a beautiful jump to catch it in the air and...
"BANG!"

My poor little B.B. smashed into one of a bench's metallic leg!!!

It cause him some bleeding and the white frisbee was spotted with a litte bit of blood but he was okay.
We'd checked him all over with deep-rooted astonishment, though, nothing was found and needless to say, we were be able to breathe again.

BUT!!

Just a few minutes ago, as B.B. showed uncomfortableness with something in his mouth, I cheked inside and found his right side fang was CHIPPED OFF!!! (OMG!)

Can't say a word but "SORRY", B.B., I really am.

Throwing Lesson♪

Today we had a Discdogging Lesson in the coldest wind of this year!(brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr)

Started from "how to grip a frisbee properly".

The point is "position of thumb and forefinger"!

Edge the frisbee in between mainly two fingers. (thumb and forefinger)
